Privacy Policy

The short version
KubeGlance has no accounts, no analytics, and no telemetry, and your cluster data never leaves your devices. The only exception is purchases: on iOS and iPadOS, subscriptions are processed by Apple and validated through RevenueCat — neither ever sees your clusters. The macOS app collects nothing at all.
What the app stores, and where
KubeGlance reads the kubeconfig files you provide and keeps its settings (cluster names, colors, preferences) on your device. Client certificates and tokens from your kubeconfigs are used only to authenticate to your own Kubernetes API servers and are never transmitted anywhere else. Nothing is synced to us — we operate no servers that ever see your data.
Network connections
The app connects exclusively to the Kubernetes API servers listed in your kubeconfigs, using your credentials. If you configure the optional Prometheus integration, those queries also travel through your cluster's own API server. Demo mode contacts nothing at all — it runs on built-in fictional data.
Purchases (iOS and iPadOS)
The optional KubeGlance Pro subscription is sold through Apple's App Store; Apple processes the payment under its own privacy policy, and we never see your payment details. To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat as our service provider: it receives a random per-install identifier and your purchase history (product, price, renewal state) — nothing else. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or clusters. No purchase infrastructure exists in the macOS app.
This website
kubeglance.com is a static site hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which produces standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service. We add no cookies, trackers, or analytics of our own.
If you email us (for early access, feedback, or support), we use your address only to reply and keep the correspondence for that purpose. Ask us to delete it any time.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear at this address with an updated effective date.
