Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KubeGlance applications for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS (the "App"), operated by Fancygames Ltd, 3rd Floor 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.
Your clusters, your responsibility
KubeGlance is a client for Kubernetes clusters that you configure with credentials you supply. You are solely responsible for the clusters you connect, the credentials you use, and the consequences of any information viewed or action performed through the App on your infrastructure. Kubernetes clusters are complex production systems — always verify important information through your primary tooling. The App is not a substitute for monitoring, alerting, or backup systems, and we are not responsible for cluster misconfiguration, outages, or data loss.
KubeGlance Pro subscription (iOS and iPadOS)
Apple manages all purchases. KubeGlance Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold exclusively through Apple's App Store. Apple is the merchant of record: Apple's billing terms, refund procedures, and payment policies apply to every purchase and supersede anything to the contrary in these Terms.
- Plans. KubeGlance Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Current prices are shown in the App before you subscribe.
- Free trial. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and your Apple ID is charged. We may modify or withdraw trial offers for new subscribers at any time.
- Auto-renewal. At the end of each billing period the subscription renews automatically on the same terms unless you cancel. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the start of the next period.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the Manage Subscription screen in the App). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are not refunded, and you keep access until the period ends.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.
- Price changes. If a price changes, it takes effect no earlier than your next billing period, and Apple notifies you in advance as required.
The macOS App is free and does not require a subscription.
Acceptable use
You may only connect the App to clusters you are authorized to access, and you must comply with applicable law and with any policies of the organizations whose infrastructure you access. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the App, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Your data
Kubeconfig files, credentials, and cluster data are processed on your devices and transmitted only to the Kubernetes API servers you configure. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Third-party services
Purchases are processed by Apple. On iOS and iPadOS, subscription entitlements are validated through RevenueCat acting as our service provider. The App otherwise connects only to infrastructure you configure; we are not responsible for third-party services or for the availability of your clusters.
Changes to the App
We may add, change, or remove features of the App at any time. We will not remove a capability that a current subscription was purchased for without providing a reasonable alternative or the ability to cancel.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription (cancel via your Apple ID settings). We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information it displays about your clusters is complete, accurate, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid through the App in the 12 months before the claim (or £10 if you have paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, the updated Terms will appear at this address with a new effective date, and continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance.
